Today we started off our incredible day with a hike called Ein Avdat. The scenery was breathtaking as streams passed by us in the Negev. We hiked up the mountain exploring the animals and plant-life around us. Once we reached the top, the view was amazing.
We traveled to Mitzpeh Rimon to see the largest natural crater in Israel. Again, looking out at the view of the desert made us appreciate the beauty of Israel.
We traveled to Ben-Gurion's grave while learning about the first prime minister of Israel and what he stood for.
After the grave, we traveled to ASHKELON!!! Screaming of excitement on the bus, we arrived to the Volunteer Center to met our matches with open arms. Hugging and smiles were all over. We then went to one of the match's houses for dinner and hanging out. We ended the wonderful day with going back to the match's house and met all their families!
